Kirra Rankin

Kirra is a Rehabilitation Exercise Physiologist with additional qualifications in massage therapy, middle distance coaching and Pilates. Kirra enjoys the challenge of prescribing exercise [emphasising hydrotherapy] for work, sporting and life’s demands.
She has a particular interest in injury prevention, health promotion, pre/post natal care, autoimmune disorders, deep water running programming and Hydrolates (Pilates in the water). She regularly writes for Her Canberra and Canberra Weekly; these media platforms enable her to follow the businesses vision, to “create an active, strong community”.
