Cancellation Policy
We’re proud to run on time so you can plan your day effectively.
For Individual Hydrotherapy appointments and ANY appointments in our clinic (Initial Assessment, Review, Exercise Physiology/Physiotherapy session, Telehealth);
- If you need to reschedule/cancel an appointment you must provide us with at least 12 hours notice to avoid a fee.
- If you are unable to attend an appointment and notify us within 12 hours of the appointment, a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment cost will apply.
- If you miss an appointment and fail to notify us prior, a cancellation fee of 100% of the appointment cost will apply.
For GROUP hydrotherapy appointments:
- If you need to reschedule/cancel a group class you must provide us with at least 12 hours notice to avoid a fee.
- If you are unable to attend your group class and notify us within 12 hours of the class (or fail to notify as at all), then you forfeit one session from your group pass.
- If you do not have a group pass, the fee will be the full price of the group class.
To notify us that you are unable to attend a session you can either:
- Call reception on 6156 2223
- Leave a message on our voicemail
- Send an email to reception@capitalhydrotherapy.com.au
- Reply to the reminder text message that you recieve the day prior
We understand that sometimes life gets in the way of scheduled appointment times, and we do take extenuating circumstances into consideration.
